Why I Do This Work

Like most hospice nurses, I believe hospice is my ‘calling!”

Hospice nursing is deeply rewarding, but it also comes with unique challenges that require specialized skills, resilience, and teamwork.

My mission is to empower hospice nurses and teams to gain confidence, improve documentation practices, and work more effectively while reducing burnout.

I believe that with the right tools and strategies, hospice nurses can thrive, deliver exceptional care, and find balance in their demanding roles.

As a working hospice nurse myself, I know what it’s like to:

🥱 feel tired and burnt out 

⌚ struggle with lengthy hospice documentation

👩🏼‍⚕️ work short-staffed 

💰 work more hours than what you get paid for

During my time in the field, I put systems into place and created checklists and templates to help me get organized. 

Now, I’m sharing those resources and tools with you.
